As every personalised gift is uniquely bespoke and made-to-order, we provide a strict 1-hour window from the time of purchase for you to amend or cancel your order. Once this timeframe has passed, your custom item enters our production line and can no longer be altered or cancelled.

Please note: Any requested modifications within this window may extend the standard processing time, meaning we may no longer be able to guarantee the original estimated delivery date. To request a change, please contact Jennie and our support team immediately at support@giftera.co.uk.

Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly offer a hassle-free exchange or a full refund if your bespoke order arrives with any of the following issues:

• Significant Discrepancy: The item differs significantly from the product description or the design preview you approved.
• Manufacturing or Transit Damage: Your parcel arrives damaged or faulty due to production errors or handling during delivery.
• Order Mismatch: The item does not match your original order details (e.g., incorrect product type, colour, size, or design).
